Welcome to KoloreTech DesignCo ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of koloretechdesignco.org, the ShopDrop service, and any Pinterest API integration we operate. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Our Services

KoloreTech DesignCo operates:

• An informational website at koloretechdesignco.org describing our print-on-demand apparel business and Etsy shop.
• ShopDrop, a product-to-video content automation service. ShopDrop is a separate paid offering; purchase and billing are handled through our Stan store. These Terms apply to the informational pages; ShopDrop-specific purchase terms are presented at checkout.
• A Pinterest API integration (App ID: 1556002) used to schedule and publish pins linking to our Etsy listings.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services. Our services are not directed to children under 13.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website or services in any manner that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or bypass any security or authentication measures.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from our website using automated tools without prior written permission.
• Impersonate KoloreTech DesignCo, our staff, or any other person or entity.
• Use our Pinterest integration or branding to publish content we have not authorized.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, copy, and original product imagery on koloretechdesignco.org are the property of KoloreTech DesignCo or our licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Product photography on our Etsy listings remains subject to Etsy's terms as well as ours.

The name "KoloreTech DesignCo" and the brand "Professionally Petty" are trademarks of KoloreTech DesignCo. Pinterest's name and logo are trademarks of Pinterest, Inc. and are used only for identification purposes. Our Pinterest integration is independent and not endorsed by or affiliated with Pinterest, Inc.

5. Third-Party Services

Our business relies on third-party platforms that operate under their own terms:

• Etsy: All purchases, payments, refunds, and order disputes are governed by Etsy's terms and policies.
• Printify: Manufacturing and shipping of print-on-demand products are handled by Printify's production network.
• Pinterest: Pinterest account actions via our API integration are subject to Pinterest's terms of service.
• Stan: ShopDrop purchases and subscription billing are handled by Stan and subject to Stan's terms.

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of these third-party services.

6. No Warranty

Our website and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee specific results from using ShopDrop or our Pinterest integration.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KoloreTech DesignCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
