We do not collect data from third-party social media users. KoloreTech DesignCo's social media integrations — including our Meta (Facebook) application and our Pinterest application — are used only to publish our own content to accounts and Pages that we own and administer.
We do not offer a login, sign-up, or account-connection flow to the public. No third party can connect a Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest account to our applications, and we therefore hold no personal data belonging to any third-party social media user obtained through those platforms.
The only platform-derived data we store relates to our own accounts:
Any of the above is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request, or of the integration being disconnected.
If you have purchased from our Etsy shop, we hold order information (name, shipping address, product details) for the purpose of fulfilling and supporting that order. This data is unrelated to our social media integrations and is described in full in our Privacy Policy.
Order data is retained for a minimum of 2 years for tax and fulfillment purposes. Deletion requests for order data are honoured once that retention period expires, and immediately for any data not required for legal or tax compliance.
